Athletics

Welcome Eagle Athletes & Families!

Team sports provide students the opportunity to develop a healthy lifestyle and practice physical fitness while also honing teamwork, leadership and self-confidence.

We welcome and encourage all students to become involved in CJMS athletics and activities. Athletics are available to 7th and 8th grade students, intramural programs may be offered for 6th grade students during the school year. In our athletic program we feature a "no cut" philosophy. This means everyone who wants to play (provided the student is eligible) gets to play.

To be eligible to play sports, students must be passing at least five classes to participate.

FinalForms Registration

We are very excited to announce that Richland School District has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic forms as well as activity & club forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time.

You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms once per year and after any update.

All current parents in the district will receive a confirmation email from FinalForms.

Click on the Parent Playbook to get started in FinalForms. If you require any support during the process, scroll to the page bottom-right and click “Get Help”.

If you did not receive an email from FinalForms, please reach out to your school administrator.
