Cross Country

The CJMS Cross Country program has a place for everyone!. Students are challenged to improve their personal times and to  push themselves to be their best. At the same time, Coach Lindberg and Sadler make sure to include a variety of fun elements in practices. The goal is to have a lot of fun while building endurance in the sport of cross country. All are welcome to join the team.

 

Students will practice from 2:45-4:15 Monday-Friday. Students need to get 8 practices in before participating in runs. There will be 6 runs over the course of the season. Meet results can be found on Athletic.net a couple of days after the meets.
