In our continuing efforts to support the well-being of our students, we will be administering a universal assessment of social, emotional & behavioral health to students beginning March 7.
This screener helps staff to understand the strengths and needs of our students and to make effective plans at the whole school, class, and individual level. The screener is self-reported by each student.
This survey is confidential, similar to the confidentiality of student educational records. Parents may request a copy of the screening results by contacting the school office. This information will not be part of any student’s transcripts or anything a college or future employer can access. There also is the option for a student to not participate in the screener. Communication on how to opt-out was sent out via email. If you did not receive the email, please contact the school office.
